ADMISSION TO PRACTICE

Pursuant to Local Rule 83.5, all parties must be represented of record by a member of the bar of this court.   Any attorney admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of the United States or the highest court of any state may become a member of the bar of this court upon motion by a member of the bar of this court. In Addition, the CM/ECF Civil and Criminal User Manual requires that all documents submitted for filing by attorneys shall be filed electronically and that only attorneys admitted to practice and currently in good standing shall be entitled to a CM/ECF system password.
