"Fast Track"—Consent to Proceed Before a Magistrate Judge in Pro Se Cases
The court offers a "fast track" option for cases in which the plaintiff is not represented by counsel. Under this option, the parties must agree to a trial without a jury before a magistrate judge, with very limited discovery and no summary judgment motions.
