Opening Statements
Judge Miller ordinarily does not place time limits on opening statements. Judge Miller allows the use in opening statements of exhibits certain to be admitted at trial, and allows the use of electronic presentations. Counsel intending to use anything other than a vocal presentation must inform opposing counsel so any objections can be handled without interruption of the opening. |
