Such filings should also include an MS Word or WordPerfect copy of the instructions emailed as an attachment to email address "Sharp_Chambers@innd.uscourts.gov" or on a 3.5 floppy disk in the same format. Judge Sharp will prepare a tentative set of jury instructions and settle the same on the record in open court after all evidence has been submitted.
