Such filings should also include an MS Word or WordPerfect copy of the instructions emailed as an attachment to Sharp_Chambers@innd.uscourts.gov or on a 3.5 floppy disk in the same format. Emailing the instructions as an attachment is preferred. Judge Sharp will prepare a tentative set of jury instructions and settle the same on the record in open court after both sides have rested their case in chief.
