Judge Springmann will inquire about the status of pending motions, anticipated motions, discovery, evidentiary issues, stipulations, and the necessity of any trial continuance. Written motions in limine, proposed jury instructions and verdict forms, and proposed attorney voir dire questions are to be filed at the time of the conference. In addition to filing electronically, parties are requested to submit courtesy copies of jury instructions and verdict forms in Word Perfect format (or a compatible word processing program) to Springmann_Chambers@innd.uscourts.gov. The parties' list of potential witnesses is to be provided to the Court on the morning of trial.
