CM/ECF Help Desk

Toll-free access to the court's CM/ECF Help Desk is available in each office. Calls received between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (local time) will be answered by court staff. At other times, callers will be able to leave a voice mail message, which will be returned the next business day. Although the CM/ECF system allows attorneys to file documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the court recommends that attorneys file documents between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. when the Help Desk is available.

SELF HELP TIPS:

Many e-filing issues can be resolved simply by "clearing the cache" of your browser.
