Judge Van Bokkelen conducts change of plea hearings. Once a motion for a change of plea is filed, the Courtroom Deputy will contact counsel to schedule a hearing date. If there are special circumstances  (e.g., the defendant requires an interpreter or is unable to read), the Courtroom Deputy should be advised as soon as possible.

A sentencing date will be scheduled at the change of plea hearing.
