A final pretrial conference is normally held prior to all jury trials. Prior to the final pretrial conference in civil cases, counsel are required to file a written pretrial order. The parties should consult the Local Rules to determine the contents of the pretrial order. All trial counsel are required to personally attend the final pretrial conference.
