Judge Miller's courtroom is located on the third floor of the Federal Building at 204 South Main Street in South Bend, Indiana.
Judge Miller's courtroom is fully equipped with state of the art technology. The court strongly encourages use of the courtroom technology to allow the trial to run more efficiently and to enhance the presentation of the case to the jury. For example, it is unnecessary to approach a witness to show him a document; the courtroom's exhibit camera system may be used instead. Training for use of the technology is available by contacting the Case Management Deputy, at (574) 246-8082.
