Filings and payments will be accepted as outlined below. 

PLEADINGS:
You may place your pleading in the drop-box for a Clerk’s Office employee to retrieve.  All pleadings received during business hours on Thursday, June 4 will be file-marked the same day. 

PAYMENTS:                        
The Clerk’s Office does NOT accept cash.

Acceptable forms of payment via the drop-box are personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.  
Payments should be made payable to: Clerk, U.S. District Court 

Please write your name and address on an envelope and place it with your personal check, money order, or cashier’s check INSIDE the lobby’s drop box. We will mail your receipt to you. Please ensure that the payment shows the name and case number in which the payment should be applied. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE CASH IN THE DROP BOX OR MAIL.
