The Judges of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana announce that they have selected Joshua P. Kolar to serve as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Court in the Hammond Division. Mr. Kolar will succeed the Honorable Paul R. Cherry upon his retirement.
