Pursuant to N.D.Ind.L.R. 83-5(c)(1), any attorney admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of the United States or the highest court of any state may become a member of the bar of this court upon motion by a member of the bar of this court ("Movant").
To be admitted an applicant must:
- Complete the Admission Form
- Obtain Certificate(s) of Good Standing (Indiana attorneys: For information on obtaining a Certificate of Good Standing click here.
- Pay the admission fee, electronically submit an Application for Admission to Practice form and Certificate(s) of Good Standing through PACER*

*The original Application and Certificate(s) of Good Standing must be maintained in the attorney's office for a period of 90 days.
