To order transcripts under the Criminal Justice Act (18 U.S.C. § 3006A), you should create a docket entry in CM/ECF using the “Transcript Request” event. Upon completing the docket entry, you will need to electronically create an AUTH-24 in the CJA eVoucher program. To order a transcript for appeal purposes, you will need to complete and submit the 7th Circuit Information Sheet and mail or e-mail it to the address below.
All other transcript requests should be in writing along with a prepaid deposit pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 753(f). Please contact the reporter at the number listed below to determine the deposit amount.
