Pursuant to N.D. Ind. L.R. 83-5(a)(2)(B) , a nonmember who is an attorney may represent the United States, or an officer or agency of the United States.  To apply for Government admission you must:

• Complete the online registration
• Submit a letter on agency letterhead requesting admission
