Judge Brady: Jury Instruction Conference; Timing of Final Argument

The Court conducts jury instruction conferences on the record, immediately after or reasonably near the close of all the evidence. Counsel are given the opportunity to make objections or proposals to the instructions.

Unless asked to do things differently, the Court will give the final instructions to the jury following the final arguments.

The final instructions will be on the monitors during their reading, and the jury will have a copy of the instructions during deliberations.
