The Court ordinarily does not place time limits on opening statements.

The Court allows the use of exhibits certain to be admitted at trial and electronic presentations in opening statements. Counsel intending to use anything other than a vocal presentation must inform opposing counsel so any objections can be handled without interruption of the opening statement.
