The court will conduct the bulk of voir dire; but, in appropriate cases, and at the request of the parties, the court will permit a designated time for attorney-conducted voir dire. Proposed voir dire questions must ordinarily be filed 14 days before the final pretrial conference and submitted via email to chambers.
