When filing any motion, parties are strongly encouraged to streamline the issues and plan the efficient presentation of arguments. The parties’ ability to be efficient will aid the court in being efficient in deliberation and ruling.

Extra copies of motions and briefs for chambers ordinarily are unnecessary in the wake of CM/ECF, though parties are encouraged to submit a courtesy hard copy to the court for complex filings.
