Parties should submit an agreed set of jury instructions covering all issues, in particular the elements of all crimes charged, using the 7th Circuit Federal Jury Instructions - Criminal, where applicable, and Judge Moody's General Criminal Jury Instructions.   Please note: These instructions are provided only as an example. Jury Instructions will need to be modified and supplemented for every case.
