I will review and rule on most routine and non-dispositive pretrial and discovery motions. Motions must be electronically filed. A proposed form of order must be submitted (but not filed) in Word Perfect or Microsoft Word format to: Judge Collins' Chambers.

Unless otherwise ordered, briefing on such motions should be done in accordance with Local Rule 7-1(a).

A telephonic hearing or in-court hearing may be scheduled with counsel if the Court deems it necessary before a ruling is made.
