During the conference Judge Theresa Lazar Springmannwill inquire about the status of pending and anticipated motions, discovery, evidentiary issues, stipulations, and the necessity of any trial continuance. Written motions in limine and proposed jury instructions with verdict forms are to be filed at the time of the conference. In addition to filing electronically, parties are requested to submit courtesy copies of jury instructions and verdict forms in Word Perfect or Microsoft Word format to Judge Theresa Lazar Springmann's Chambers email address.

The parties' list of potential witnesses is to be provided to the Court on the morning of trial.

The final pretrial conference is the deadline for filing a plea agreement.
