Parties may consent to have their case assigned to a magistrate judge for all proceedings. At the time the Preliminary Pretrial Conference is set, the Clerk issues to the parties notice of availability of consent. Magistrate Judge Consent Forms are to be returned to the Clerk within 20 days of receipt.
