Judge Theresa Lazar Springmann's Courtroom is on the 4th floor of the Hammond Federal Courthouse, 5400 Federal Plaza, Suite 4300, Hammond, Indiana.

The Courtroom is open to the public during in-court proceedings.

All persons entering the courthouse will be required to show picture identification and go through court security. Members of the public are not permitted to bring cell phones into the courthouse beyond the point of security.
