URGENT - Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs) Scam: 

Courts have been informed that fake Notices of Electronic Filing ("NEFs") are being sent to attorneys and law firms across the country.

These fake NEFs are phishing attempts to convince recipients to respond back to the emails. 

Federal courts will never use a phone call or email to request personal or financial information, or to threaten recipients who don't comply.

Cases and case documents should be validated through CM/ECF only. Do not download any attachments or click any links from unofficial or questionable sources.
