In various parts of the United States, citizens are being targeted by phone calls and emails, threatening them with prosecution for failing to comply with jury service or "civil processing"  in federal. The caller directs the individual to come into the court to pay a fine or risk prosecution.   If there is any question regarding the authenticity of a a phone call or email, contact the District Court.
