District Court Clerk's Offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025, for Thanksgiving Day. On Friday, November 28, 2025, District Court Clerk's Offices will be on stand-by with an on-duty deputy who can be contacted to provide assistance during regular business hours.
Filings and payments will be accepted as outlined below on Friday, November 28:
PLEADINGS:
You may place your pleading in the drop-box for a Clerk’s Office employee to retrieve. All pleadings received during business hours on Friday, November 28 will be file-marked the same day.
PAYMENTS:
The Clerk’s Office does NOT accept cash.
Acceptable forms of payment via the drop-box are personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.
Payments should be made payable to: Clerk, U.S. District Court
Please write your name and address on an envelope and place it with your personal check, money order, or cashier’s check INSIDE the lobby’s drop box. We will mail your receipt to you. Please ensure that the payment shows the name and case number in which the payment should be applied. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE CASH IN THE DROP BOX OR MAIL.
